Report to: General Manager
• Establish strategic plan to expand market, develop new market to maximize company’s profit • Build creditability and trust that make customer satisfy ’s solution in building business; drive to be recognized in supply and erection in building business in VN and other regions. • Develop company’s business by achieving market leadership in Regional area • Lead and motivate Sales team to achieve company’s goals both short and long term • Plan, direct and manage all sales activities to achieve sales budget • Develop/expand new market • Enhance and strengthen relationship with customers • Coordinate with Operation, Logistics and Finance • Recruit, supervise and train sales & marketing staff • Ensuring we are the leader of segments • Coordinate with local customers for seminar ,training, road show and other regional activities
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, MBA degree is preferable but not mandatory. • At least 7 years experience in Construction Material Business. • At least 10 years in steel industry or related fields. • Age from 35 • Able to make Sales Plan and manage/supervise Sales team • Good command of both spoken & written English • Good at planning and strong analytical and interpersonal skills • Good knowledge in computer literacy • Self-motivated attitude and customer service orientation
