• Conduct training needs analysis • Meet with course / program participants to review learning progress and course / program effectiveness • Partner with department to deliver training programs and other organizational and leadership development interventions • Provide career coaching to high potential staff • Organize training plan approved • Other tasks assigned by direct manager
• Bachelor Degree in related fields • At least 3 years working exp in managerial role • Retail industry is an advantage • Good presentation & communication skill • Good English communication.
