Summary: • Manage quality inspection. • Handle customer complaints • Audit supplier quality • Strengthen the systems to make sure the business relying on the system • Develop QC team. Main duties: • Supervise daily inspection activities to make sure all incoming materials and FGs meet our specification and the activities are in compliance with QSHE requirements. • Propose quality improvement to meet quality KPIs. • Participate on product development teams to ensure quality is driven into the product and manufacturing process at early stages. • Analyse process data and quality reports. • Stop production line • Organize resources appropriately to the daily inspection plan to achieve functional expenses and SHE objectives. • Contact to the customers to solve quality issue to prevent unsatisfactoriness. • Lead investigation to find out root cause(s) and propose corrective/preventive action to improve quality KPIs.. • Communicate quality performance to suppliers and request action plan to improve quality to help us achieve quality KPIs. • Audit supplier quality system to prevent incoming rejection. • Conduct regular internal audit and product compliance audit. • Manage changes in processes/system • Perform failure analysis and monitor corrective action • Play a role of a QMR. Establish, appraise and improve quality system of the company • Suggest action to improve the effectiveness of system • Supervise customer satisfaction survey, evaluation results and suggest action to improve upon product associated/service with customer requirements • Establish and conduct training program for quality.
• Bachelor’s degree, chemical or related major • Experience in the same position, cosmetics is preferred • Knowledge of quality tools, ISO system, LEAN, 6 Sigma, theory of Organization Behavior • Ability to communicate with all organizational levels • Problem solving skills • Fluent in English
