• Perform improvement planning related to maintenance to achieve continuous efficient & effective result. • Implement the action plan of new project from modification to commercial production. • Ensure job activities are in line with ISO 9001 : 2008 procedure & BRC IOP standard. • Support production department with technical issues: machine installation - maintenance and plant utilities. • Perform corrective and preventive action for problems related to mold and tools • Manage manpower, perform performance appraisal for subordinates • Perform other administrative work: data documentation related to production machine and plant utilities according to standard elements • Conduct quality objectives achievement analysis report.
• Diploma degree and above • At least 2 – 6 years experience in the same position • Fluent in English • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD • In-depth knowledge in Manufacturing process • Strong analytic skills • Experience in using mold and other tools
