Warehouse management • Planning, organizing and controlling all warehouse procedures and facilities • Supervise warehouse team to ensure daily operation of warehouse & delivery team meet company objectives • Trouble-shoot and report daily related matter. • Do research to improve warehouse operations. Purchasing • Manage purchasing process, cost/budget control • Maintain clean relationship with vendor/supplier • Solve arising problems Import-export process • Follow up import-export declaration • Handle legal compliance • Lead to improve import-export efficiency • Maintain good relationship suppliers/sub-contractors Other related tasks: staff management, internal Dept relationship management, ect.
• University degree in Industrial Engineering or Accounting. • At least 5 years working in big company with the same role. • Proven experience in reducing inventory control. • Fluent in English • Handling Procurement, sourcing, production planning, Inventory Control & Warehouse.
