Report to: Senior Brand Manager
• Assist brand manager in setting agenda for brand development.
• Assist in developing annual brand marketing plan to meet market share, volume, profits.
• Assist in preparing budgets and implementing tactical programs for comprehensive integrated brand communication campaigns.
• Keep track, record and do frequent reports related to brand(s)
• Conduct market analysis with sales team to understand market trend, consumer insight, brand performance, competition.
• Share analysis results with senior management to suggest solution and direction to improve issue, leverage strenths & opportunities.
• Analyze customer behavior change.
• Set up KPIs for each activity, ensure & maintain KPIs achievement.
• Coordinate with cross function teams, internal and external resources to achieve the common goals.
• Manage brand activities including marketing, advertising and promotional activities
• Work with advertising agencies, PR agencies, event agencies, new channel agencies and other third parties on brand building, brand communication strategies and creative development to maximize brand equity.
• Works with Trade Marketing function and distributor for most effective trade merchandising materials and trade initiatives.
• Help Brand Manager to work with other corporate departments when necessary on monthly planning, product packaging artwork, advertising production and approval, trademark issues, dental program, legal issues, etc. and ensures timely execution of relative projects.
• Seeks to improve profitability by being cost conscious but without detracting from perceived quality.
• Be a team player to perform other assignments and projects as requested by Marketing Manager.
• Lead new product development, work with cross function teams to lead BC/QRP, launch plan, execution plan
• Works closely with sales team of distributor to keep updated about market status and competitive environment
• Motivate sales team and keep them be updated and inspired by brand activities.
• Take initiatives to drive sales focus and explore opportunities for brand.
• Contact suppliers and other relevant jobs assigned by Brand Manager or senior management.

• BA degree in a business related function
• At least 2 years’ experience in Assistant Brand/Product manager.
• Working experience with FMCG is preferrable
• High responsibility and strong ownership
• Learning attitude and adaptation skill, ready for travel domestic and abroad
• Willingness to commit the additional time and effort necessary during periods of heavy workload in order to meet project milestones, implementation deadlines.
