• Build up short-term (1 year) and long-term strategy as well as Marketing plan for the brand/product to reach the company’s common goal. • Coordinate with external partners to establish and execute ATL & BTL plans & activities. • Set up and implement the plan for product improvement plan (design product packaging, conduct surveys and observe production plan) • Control, monitor and evaluate marketing activities’ results • Conduct market research and Brand measurement in coordinate with related partners. Regularly check and analyze data related to market, brand, competitor and suggest long-term / short-term plan to Marketing Manager. • Coordinate with Sales team in periodic market research and report to Marketing Manager. • Observe product packaging design and production to ensure product packaging & POSM meet the brand’s and the industry’s standards. • Coordinate with Sales Dept., Supply Chain Dept., Warehouse, Production, Finance, Internal Audit, QA, Distribution, … to develop the products / marketing activities and achieve the common goals. • Monitor and set up PFME budget plan effectively. • Contribute articles to the company’s monthly newsfeed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration. • At least 3 years experience in Marketing and 1 year experience in the same position or proven outstanding performance. • Experience in FMCG is required, Food & Drink is preferred. • Knowledge of Marketing 4P, Marketing Direct • Knowledge of customer’s behavior, market research.
