• Manage all production activities to meet prescribed facility objectives. • Create a productive, organized, clean, and safe environment, ensure production activities meet corporate disciplines, company policies, and procedures. • Control labor, materials, and overhead expenses for all departments to identify trends and develop improvement plans for areas that hinder productivity, profitability, and employee morale. • Sustain improvement initiatives focused upon improving processes to attain increased through-put and quality. • Support the subordinates in idea exchanging, teaching, and learning from each other. • Put forward and implement suggestions that improve or change processes in support of the company’s growth objectives. • Identify improvement opportunities by analyzing existing products. • Coordinate with all departments to meet customer requirements. • Other assignments and special projects as requested by the General Manager.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Operations Management is preferred. • 5-10 years experience in garment industry • Proven track record of success measured by increased responsibility and attainment of prescribed objectives. • Result-oriented, resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently and in a dynamic & challenging environment • Good interpersonal & communication skills • Proficiency in verbal & written English and local language • Knowledgeable in the ISO-related quality systems • Well versed in MS Office applications in English
