Report to: Supply Chain Director • Control and drive the SHE system in CCBV to meet local requirements and KORE. • Ensure SHE objectives are achieved & maintained. • Ensure Work Right audit is complied. • Ensure the implementation of POV effectively • Participate into commercialization process in term of SRA and product/packaging innovation • Ensure the actual COE does not go beyond the BP • Staff development including training activities, performance management and succession plan for plant SHE manager and SHE compliance officer
• University degree in Food Technology or Food sciences • 5 - 7years working in food industry • Fluent in English • Result-oriented, careful, creative • Leadership and team-working skills • Communication skills • Problem-solving & analysis skills • Training, coaching and mentoring skills
