• Assist BD Manager in develop marketing and sales strategy to increase market share and profitability in central region (food business) • Propose yearly and 3 years business plan as well as action plan • Handle large clients, meet and maintain relationship with them • Perform negotiation and agreement with major angents and distributors. • Maintain the understanding of local market regarding size, clients, competitors, etc. • Organize and control marketing & sales tactics implementation • Launch marketing operations to the mass market by organizing seminars, conferences, participation to important exhibitions • Develop new business by introducing new products or entering new markets • Set up pricing policy • Coordinate with back office and production people, set up necessary procedures to ensure a safe and smooth business operation. • Other related tasks as assigned
