Summary : • Develop brand execution strategies , in conjunction with Integrated Marketing Communication • Monitor macro economics, category development, and competitor performance to continuously identify opportunities • Responsible for setting up robust business plans to develop personal care categories based on current reality • Responsible for brand analysis, overall brand stewardship, close management of Brand • Innovation planning and stewardship thru innovation process Responsibilities: • Formulate brand strategy for assigned categories that is consistent with Company's strategy, the market competitive scenario and key consumer understanding. • Lead the identification & development of new category, product, brand, pack extensions to capture volume and profit opportunity • Lead the development & identification of product, formulation to be able to expose to consumers via qualitative / quantitative test • Lead the development of brand communication • Develop and get approval for overall plan & tactics of new brands inclusive • Coordinate closely with other internal functions / systems to ensure effective implementation of brand plans • Fully responsible for budget and spending; work out the feasibility of projects in terms of finance, production, distribution • Develop a macro- and micro- clear understanding on the beverage landscape trends, share, volume, value • Initiate, exploit, assess and interpret market consumer research. • Conduct deep assessment on risks and potential. Provide recommendations. • Lead the Current Reality Analysis sessions that precede actual Business Planning. • Develop strategies and brand plans for new categories
• 7-8 years experience in marketing management, brand management or related field • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree majoring in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Business Management or related field • Fluent in English • Travel from 5% to 50% of working time or travel to area of activities.. • Advanced persuasion, negotiation and public-relation skill as well as a well-developed sense of strategy and timing. • Independent Judgement: Make a wide range of decisions about Division/Department's operation, policies, and finances • Driving Customer and Consumer Value • Communicating effectively • Attention to Details • Excellent Leadership Ability • Trade Marketing and Activation knowledge • Creative Assessment
