• Support – assist Platform Head and CEO in building-up and developing feed manufacturing in the country. • Build up new mill, seek for new opportunities & merge with existing mill. • Establish the objectives of new business, develop a strategic plan for the future of the business. • Set up the complete operation process from feed mill manufacturing to the processing and distribution. • Maintain the up-to-date knowledge about feed industry in the country. • Gathering information about the market through extensive market research prior to starting up the business and throughout the business life. • Evaluate risk management, financial and propose business plan. • Always be well-prepared and responsive to economic trends, government policies and currency fluctuations. • Manage and develop entire industrial, commercial and administration, including recruitment, training and couching; maintain a positive team approach to achieve the common goals. • Other requirements as assigned by BOD.
• At least 3 years in Animal Feed business development or risk management, sales and marketing at multinational or reputable local companies. • Experience in setting up a new factory. • Bachelor or MBA graduated in Acounting, Economics or Business Administration. • Fluent in Vietnamese and English communication. • Successful exposure to new mill/factory. • Strong management and leadership skills. • Strong communication skills and negotiation skills. • Strategic analysis. • Self- motivation, work in dependently.
