• Manage key accounts to follow-up current business and develop new business to meet accelerated growth (coatings) • Establish product portfolio with key customers and market and continuously identify product needs and secure new suppliers to fill the portfolio gaps • Lead new business development projects in coordinate with technical sales team, local & regional managers and suppliers. • Update market and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies • Provide customers with technical support including problem shooting, formulation, trial running, etc. to meet Customer needs/expectations • Frequently visit and maintain ‘multi- level’ communication (R&D, Marketing, Production, Purchasing, Top Management) with customer to create customer intimacy
• Bachelor Degree in Chemical, Polymer or related industries is a must • At least 4 year B2B sales experience in related industry • At least 2 year experience as Product Development Chemist • Knowledge of Coatings Market is an advantage • Commercial fundamentals • Microsoft office competence • Fluent in English
