Segment: Industrial Coatings
• Establish product portfolio with key customers & market and continuously identify product needs and secure new suppliers to fill the portfolio gaps • Build and manage close relationships with key customers • Propose strategic business direction (short and long term) to BUM • Plan annual budget for Segment and drive Segment to achieve it • Work with team to do market intelligence • Update market and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies • Do personnel planning based on market and segment capacity • Support and feedback sales activities of Segment to develop and implement sales & marketing strategy • Responsible for Segment Expenses, DSI, DSO and AR collection • Lead, coach and encourage Segment team to maintain high motivation and strong team spirit • Develop staff members by identifying training needs and conduct trainings.
• Bachelor Degree in Chemical • At least 5 years in Coating area of Sales & Technical position and 2 years of managerial level • Knowledge of Coatings Market • B2B selling skills • Commercial fundamentals • Microsoft office competence • Fluent in English
