• Work out growth strategy and create the marketplace for the brand (1 year, 3 year and seasonal plans) • Maintain and develop the brand’s positioning • Monitor and control the account plan development in coordinate with other internal departments • Maintain maximized account relationships • Regularly visit the market to enhance market sensing and competitive intelligence. • Develop winning strategies based on market data to beat the competition and gain market share. • Assign growth against key categories and product assortments, ensure goals and targets are met • Lead and train subordinates, act as a mentor responsible for developing and motivating them. • Provide BOD with consultancy regarding branding strategies.
• At least 7-year experience in Sales, Account Management or Category Management in FMCG companies. • Bachelor’s degree in relevant majors, Master’s degree is preferred • Able to manage complex and urgent work flows • Good at data analysis • Interpersonal skills • Ability to lead, train and influence people • Visionary and big thinker, strategic thinking • A good team player • Fluent in English
