Report to: Finance Director Responsible for financial analysis, costing & budget controlling (more focus on Costing): • Responsible for developing a costing system, process and infrastructure for all products of the company • Ensure new & existing products meet the cost structure; work with related departments on an ongoing basis to improve the structure. • Set up an efficient budget controlling system, process and infrastructure for all annual and monthly budget items • Work with department heads to analyze variances and improve on budget variances to drive productivity • Conduct a set analytics to improve management decision using costing, budget, and company financial performance • Verify the links between KPIs and PIs with financial performance and assist in development of improved metrics • Other tasks as assigned by Finance Director
• Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting / audit • Fluent in English • Proficient in using MS – Office • Minimum 3-year experience in the same position, experience in multinational manufacturing company is strongly preferred • Knowledge and experience in using finance & accounting software • Ability to work under high pressure • A good team player • Good interpersonal skills
