Job purpose:

•    Ensure the production line and facilities are always at good state and high productivity, technical errors and production cost are minimized
 

Key responsibilities:
•    Ensure maintenance tools are delivered timely and in line with maintenance plan & strategy
•    Suggest technical improvement through NCE programs
•    Maintain a safe working environment in line with labor law, ensure no occupational accidents occur.
•    Plan and control preventive material effectively
•    Monitor, manage and improve energy savings
•    Develop human resources
•    Implement and develop continuous improvement activities by executing change management procedures and other typical activities.
•    Budget management: build up maintenance budget, ensure budget spending meets the demand and reality, report on assigned areas.
•    Develop and improve SOP, WI system based on safety and quality standards. Ensure these procedures are followed and updated regularly
•    Coordinate with HR department to reach maintenance goals.
•    Lead food safety activities in assigned areas.
•    Lead internal and external engineering-related audit programs.
•    Report any food safety related issues to Head of Food safety
•    Other tasks as assigned by Plant Manager

•    3-year experience in maintenance management
•    Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
•    Experience in preventive material management
•    Knowledge in NCE, LEAN, Pilar, production process and other quality standards
•    Knowledge in labor law and other related laws
•    Ability to couch and act as a mentor to subordinates
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Leadership skills
