• Full accounting responsibility for manufacturing facility • Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis • Lead the controlling function and accounting team • Solve unstructured problems in a fast-paced environment • Provide ccurate, timely financial records • Monitor and assess factory performance, variance analysis, inventory tracking • Accounting systems, policies and procedures • Internal controls, policy compliance and asset safeguarding • Team development • Ensure and supervise all activities of contractors, on cleaning, food safety, health & environment; and security would be in safe and effective.
• Expert knowledge of VAS, including at least 5 years’ experience in general ledger, financial statement preparation, and month end adjusting entries • Experience with fully integrated accounting systems, SAP experience is particularly valuable • Strong written and spoken English skills • Previous experience managing and developing a team of professionals • Oversee development of standard costing methodology • Forecasting of financials for manufacturing factory, including cash flows • Variance analysis for balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement • Interface with production personnel for budget development • Able to work with all levels of management and factory personnel • Account reconciliation in a fully integrated accounting system • Able to work in VSIP II, located in Binh Duong • Education in accounting and currently hold a Chief Accountant certification • Very familiar with taxes: VAT, CIT, PIT, etc. • Self-motivated individual who can work with limited supervision • Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP is valuable • Understanding of necessary controls for safeguarding assets and proper accounting records
