• Develop & building Sales team. • Do Sales coordination to achieve Sales target. • Meet customer satisfaction by controlling customer orders and handling requests and complaints. • Involve in development of new projects. • To seek new customers and increase customer and product base. • To establish good relationship and gain customer loyalty. • Update sales data and monitor customer payment. • New design development and followed new project development. • Follow up existing project and new project • Do business intelligent such as survey, business meeting, etc. • Perform effective communication with customer by trying to meet customer satisfaction,handle customer complain, to increase customer satisfaction. • Selling price and price bargaining, analysis & pre - approval. • Performing work activities according to ISO 9001: 2008 Procedures (SOP,WIN, Job Description, Form). BRC IOP Standard. • Controlling administration and Data Documentation related to selling and customer satisfaction activities according to ISO 9001:2008 Element 4.2.3 Control of Documents and 4.2.4 Control of Records, BRC IOP Standard Element 3.6 Documentation Control.
• Bachelor Degree / Diploma + • Min 4 years / 10 years of experience in related position
• Experience in packaging is preferred • Understanding of machine utility, production and process (injection and blow machines). • Good sales and interpersonal relationship skills. • Coordination skill to handle customers and projects. • Communication skill in English (Active) • Computer literacy (MS Office)
