• Supports the implementation of ebuy, spend analytics category classification and improving efficiency and effectiveness through use of e procurement tools. • Develops an optimal service delivery to insure on-time subsidiary needs are met. • Ensures regular updates of results, savings, capital cash savings, cost avoidance and specific projects through monthly reports and the utilization of the new functionality in the database. • Assist the Indirect procurement in meeting the goods and service procurement requirements of the plants and commercial office • Identifies and develops major Funding-the-Growth initiatives, gain local alignment and delivers financial results to the bottom line. • Execute and communicate the overall sourcing process to stakeholders and deliver significant savings. • Negotiates indirect materials directly and/or support specific negotiations. Increase use of SAP e-sourcing tool to improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness • Support and assist the Indirect Procurement Manager in vendor scorecard assessment, co-ordination and reporting. Support data for procurement reporting. • Assists in any other special projects or assignments when required. • Works closely with functions such as Sales, Marketing, Promotion, Production, Technical, Engineering and Finance.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field, CPM or equivalent. • Minimum 2 years Purchasing, Finance or Supply Chain experience. SAP experience an dvantage. • Ability to develop strong working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues. • Pragmatic, hands-on and result oriented buyer with strong analytical skills. • Implements contingency plans and strategies for any business interruption. • High level of initiative, commitment and integrity. • Ability to use Microsoft tools and have good communication skills.
