• Define, implement and drive the Purchasing KPI’s and targets • Cost / Budget control • Perform survey and analysis on the local market for the relevant commodities. • Develop purchasing strategies for commodities • Negotiations / price discussions with suppliers • Improve the material supply chain • Build up supplier networks & identify new sourcing opportunities • Build up an effective purchasing team through continuously improving the processes, tools and coaching • Oversee and supervise the purchasing team. • Develop a world class high performing commodity driven procurement organization in Vietnam
• Degree in University • Experience in Pharma, Chemical company manufacturing in Vietnam • Strong commitment to business targets. • Business oriented, taking ownership, a team player with strong leadership to achieve results. • Excellent negotiation (technical and commercial competent) skills and ability to make decisions. • High energy level and be able to work independent.
