• Perform maintenance and operation support of all CAD and PDM system used in Vietnam in Technical Offices. • Implement faculty training, conduct key user use PDM and CAD system. • Resolve user issues, understands design work flow and helps users to improve the skill of CAD software. • Implement new modules or applications with HQ’s support. • Provide effective solution that is directed against workflow.
• Bachelor or Master degree of Computer or related major. • Strong knowledge of the Mechanical CAD / PDM industry or Manufacturing Engineering , and at least 2 year experience in CAD implementation and application support • Deep understanding in PDM modules and 2D / 3D tools for development • Experience in providing technical support and product solution is a big plus. • Familiar with Autodesk MFG products, especially Inventor, Showcase, Navisworks etc.; • Familiar with AVEVA PDMS • Good communication and presentation skills • Mature, proactive, creative and accountable. • Fluent oral and written in English
