• Manage the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance, quality control programs • Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis and take corrective action. • Follow-up quality issues and feedback with Production. • Monitor QA/QC inspectors’ daily performance • Coordinate with department managers and senior executive team to develop QA/QC strategy including the necessary definition, development and deployment of quality assurance to ensure quality achievement and improvement across the organization & align with overall business KPIs • Directly supervise the testing team, ensure quality service is deliver on time. • Work closely with Team Leaders and Managers to ensure quality is implemented as part of their processes and that quality standards are adhered to • Work with external clients who work closely to inject quality into products.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical / printing / packaging engineering • At least 3-year experience in QA-QC, process control & system auditing • 3 – 5 years in packaging / printing production • Fluent in Englisht • Excellent organizational skills to organize / prioritize individual and team workload to meet or exceed deadlines • Strong analytical / problem solving / process improvement skills
