• Responsible for Binh Dinh area • Manage sales team, execute and ensure the results of business development plan. • Directly manage and develop key customers according to the overall business. • Make sure the stable partnership with key customers is strengthened and developed. • Manage the budget for sales program effectively and appropriately according to the policy and resource allocation. • Manage, train and develop sales team’s skills, capacities in order to meet the requirements, successors and development of the job.
• Bachelor or College degree • At least 2 – 3 years of experience in FMCG environment • Smart & hard-working • Fluent in English • Analytical, dynamic, enthusiastic • Management skill • Organized and responsible
