Summary:
•    Responsible for overall catalogue and product communication within the company to ensure of the most attractive and trendy periodic catalogue.

Responsibilities:
•    In coordination with regional team, plan and follow-up the catalogue 13 months in advance; confirm and decide all points for every catalogue; set up the merchandising plan of products; finalize the launches and discontinued products, recommend the price increase and review the price increase by target; set plan for clearing the excessive products and flyer plan.
•    In coordination with the MM + Forecaster + MD, finalizing the catalogue margin by conducting catalogue meetings to discuss – merchandising, new products, key section contribution and gross margin.
•    Reviewing product prices and suggest price increases in compliance with inflation and competition.
•    Provide feedback on catalogue layouts (pricing, splashes, shade highlights) by communicate pricing and splash information to region for incorporating in catalogue layouts.
•    Observe catalogue printing process: check the catalogue and all other stick-in or inserts of that catalogue in order to make sure the catalogue is zero mistake and printed on time.
•    Other related tasks such as:
+ Collecting competitors’ information
+ Prepare a rolling plan for liquidation of disco/ excess stock in the form of local actions such as flyers/ basket sale
+ Responsible for Product Replacements
+ Responsible for resolving product queries
