Report to: Country CEO • Getting goods and services for the best price and value • Cutting any waste and unnecessary costs to create a streamlined process and fast production times • Working with suppliers to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively • Building strong working relationships both internally and with key suppliers • Coordinate with sale/marketing dept to make plan for procurement • Contract management and negotiation • Understanding and keeping up with new trends and regulations in the business • Finding new suppliers for all factory • Keep good relationship with vendors to provide the best raw materials with the lowest price. • Set up and manage procurement dept
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant majors • 3-5 years experience in agriculture industry • Have good relationship with suppliers in the same industry. • Strong in planning & setting up new business • Strong negotiation skill • Strong leadership and managerial skills • Good English skill and computer literacy
