Job Purpose: • Ensure information system between the Company and customers is always maintained and showed professional; support efficiently for different action of customers including but no limit to introduction new services to customers, solve complaints; build the Company’s image, prestige stronger and stronger through customer services. Responsibilities: • Manage and evaluate subordinates’ job performance: delegates tasks to staff members, ensure they comply with company’s policy and process relating to customers’ requirement and during testing proceeding • Work with other related departments to establish work procedures that are suitable with requirement of works when working with customers or working in internal • Coordinate with Laboratory to develop lab capacity: receive & summarize information about target of testing requirement according to new standard of customers • Report to managers about the necessary to develop testing capacity of new target • Receive and deal with feedbacks, complaints from customers; work with related department to solve problem together & ensure their complaint is solved accordingly and pleasingly • Suggest method to improve the quality of service and avoid the complaints • Cooperate with business development team to build up and maintain relationship with new & existing customers: visit customers, collect customer information • Observe and analyze competitors’ price and report to managers, suggest suitable price & reduce price accordingly if needed • Identify and request headcount need to manager if needed • Provide staff with training programs: design & update training materials according to skill to take care of customers, working procedures, new process, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Language/ Foreign trade/ Business Admistration/ Technical • At least 5 years experience in customer service or relating to jobs in testing of textile/furniture/chemical/food/footwear • Knowledge on testing service of related fields • Knowledge on regulation, international standard relating to consumer products testing • Good communication & negotiation skill • Good at dealing with conflicts & contradiction within the department and other departments • Planning skills • Responsible, careful, enthusiastic • Able to work under high pressure • Fluent in English, Korean/Chinese is a plus.
