• Seek for new retail partnership opportunities focusing on the service station where high demand is available. • Coordinates with the retail partner and the technical team to implement rebranding works • Work with local partners on branding agreement negotiation and implement. • Perform planned and unannounced site visits to ensure all operation procedures are followed appropriately. • Set up training and seminar for sales rep, greasers, dealers, cashiers, managers, etc. • Conduct training covering fuel management, HSE rules, Top Service, Procedures, lubricants, sales skills • Support dealers on management of outlets e.g. working capital & inventory management, outlet profitability, etc. • Monitor sales performance and results. • Coordinate with marketing team in improving sales at service stations • Handle customer complaints to meet customer’s satisfaction • Identify problems; suggest & implement corrective measures to ensure smoot operations in coordination with other departments.
• Bachelor’s degree in BA or Engineering • At least 5 years of experience in Sales • Experience in oil & gas is an advantage • Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English • Ambitious & result-oriented • Challenge taker, innovative and proactive • Independent with team work spirit.
