• Meet the targeted sales (monthly/ quarterly/ annually) • Develop sales through seeking potential customers within the target market • Build rapport with existing customers and potential customers as well • Transmit information from company to dealers and vice versa: report complains / satisfactions / request • Coordinate with technical expert to meet customers’ needs • Monitor customer satisfaction to retain long-term cooperation with customers • Find out new dealers • Update market changes and market share of the company • Bring up new ideas to enhance business • Collect money from dealers: remind dealers to transfer money / overdue • Receive orders from customers and send to the company, follow up logistic company & dealers to ensure the goods arrive at good port • Other tasks assigned by Business Unit Manager
• Graduated from Agriculture University • At least 2 years experience in sales as the same position
• Experience in Premix sales, B2B environment • Knowledge in nutrition and in feeding products • Ability to build relationship with customers, communicate & understand customer’s requirements • Team work spirit • Dynamic & can-do attitude • Honest
• Basic communication in English is required, as may work with foreigners
