* Major duties:
• Build resourced project schedules using norms and estimated QTY’s to produce accurate manning requirements.
• Plan and resource company projects based on the SOW.
• Provide overall integrated plans regarding all yard scope of works (projects)
• Monitor and report on progress against project plan.
• Identify Variations and EOT events and compile claims accordingly. Maintain history of performance to be used in future works
• Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• General Fabrication knowledge
• Able to read and understand tender SOW and Contract.
• Understands the plan and what the progress problems are.
• Accurate planning and scheduling.
• Finance and budget keeping
• Experience in project planning, contractual management, project estimating, fabrication environment. Or minimum ten years on the job in a fabrication environment.
• Experience in Power Industry fabrication, Oil & Gas fabrication beneficial.
• Tender documentation process.
• Skilled in MS Excel, MS project, (Primavera P6 desirable).
• Good English.
