JOB SUMMARY • In. & Out. Planning Sup: Confirm and maintain CO in AS.COM and Mapics; Manage all shipping and importing plans from/to all vendors to/from factory ; Communication with all oversea vendors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage all shipping and importing plans from/to all vendors to/from factory. • Manage all Ashley Cos and oversea PO shipments (MRP, MRO, Components, C.O, PO,…). • Manage, follow up all shipping and importing plans and update to all relevant people and depts. • Expedite new program development to the market. • Good communication with all oversea vendors. • Other assignments by Customs & Logistics Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS 1. Education • Graduated in Imex, trade, shipping, trade management in University. 2. Experience • At least 7 years of relevant experiences in shipping, planning, merchandizing dept of garment, shoes, bag companies. • Merchandizing Supervisor 4 years at least is priority. 3. Knowledge of: • Internet, Email, Microsoft office, software programs, system, Customs laws. 4. Skills and Abilities • Good communication and shipping, planning, managing skills.
