• Delivery change management initiatives to improve efficiency of operation: maximize overall equipment efficiency (OEE), minimize down day over runs and maximize quality of maintenance work. • Ensure that results meet business plan targets • Manage the Plant services team via providing them all with clear and measureable objectives, provide technical training where applicable for the team, • In charge of network with other Asean countries and share best practices among the group. • Set up, manage and control budgets of Plant Services Dept, provide cost control measurement and cost reduction achievements • Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure that complies with government standards. • Making team members aware of environmental issues, promoting conservation and sustainability, and enhancing the employee’s awareness of good environment through training and interpreting government regulations. • Managing budgets for projects and operations of Utilities, • Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (OHSE) compliance philosophy and policies compliances mandatory to leaders and subordinates. • Provide the quality of maintenance work (i.e. shutdown and unscheduled delay), preventive maintenance plan and reporting. • Ensure spares are available to support the maintenance plan. Equipment specifications & documentation available. • Ensure the operations and maintenance of utilities equipment such as: crane, waste water treatment plant, compressed air plant, fire fighting system, air conditioner, electrical generator.
• Possess a degree in electric or mechanic (electric if preferable). • Minimum 7 - 10 years of experiences in the maintenance of continuous process such as in steel, paper and aluminum industry or heavy steel industry. • Prefer candidates who are living nearby PM site only (PM, Bien Hoa, Vung Tau) • Experience in programming, PLC, SCADA, IT knowledge, Inverter • Strong in leadership skills (Giving instruction, delegation, developing direct reports) • Strong in planning and organizing skills, priority setting & time management, problem solving, facilitation skills, influencing skills, analysing skills (in logical manner to reach sound solutions) • Ability to build and control budget, and ability to complete the report with accuracy and timely • Understanding of metallic coating / painting processes. • Proficient in English (Speaking, listening and writing).
