• Annual Cost planning, forecasting and making approval. • Control all activities of recruitment group to meet target of company • Liaise with headhunter/ recruitment consultant/ government agencies to select potential candidates for vacancies. • Source and initiate recruiting programs to attract internal and external candidates. • Implement recruiting procedures: contact candidates, screen their applications, interview and arrange schedule for functional relevant departments to designate works. • Build Job Descriptions for all positions in details. • Build up candidates database
• 2 years experience in similar position. • University /College graduated • Excellent communication & English skills, analytical and continuous learning skills, Counseling, Leadership
