Reports to: Managing Director

 

•    Clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion to handles objections and concerns.
•    Define opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
•    Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
•    Take part in events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
•    Responsible for all communication and marketing campaign management related to company’s retail network in HCMC
•    Supervise design agencies, communication with the gas shops and the distributors (temper their worries), communication with new gas shops who want to join the network and decision to let them in or not.
•    Control the IT system provided to the shops such as sales evolution, communication with end users via massive text messaging, attention to end users feedbacks.
•    Supervises the formation of the gas shops’ staff and makes sure the top service charter is respected via secret surveys and end users’ feedbacks as well as organized reward events for the best shops in collaboration with distributors.
•    Responsible for promotional program management with distributors and potential subcontractors: promotional gifts need to change every month and there will be more than 10 different promotion programs.

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
•    3-5 years of experiences in sales or marketing
•    Experience in FMCG Industry is preferred
•    Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
•    Good Management skills
•    Strong negotiation skills is essential
•    Independent with team work spirit
•    Innovative and proactive and adaptable
•    Ambitious, Challenge taker and result-oriented
