• Develops sales objective/Sales Plan including direct accounts, sales projects for assigned line of business in assigned territories or nationwide. • Develops respective Distributor strategies in support of territory sales goals. Distributor strategies are to be fully aligned with Global/ Regional/TVL/IO requirements. • Coordinates engineering support for his/her SDs/direct accounts. Consults and plans with Lube Engineers on implementation of Engineering Services for nominated accounts. • Develops and maintains appropriate business relationships with Distributor key personnel and strategic accounts. Accountable for distributor key accounts who contribute 80% volume at least. • Develops and maintains appropriate business relationships with KEY accounts/sectors key personnels. • Accountable for all aspects of account administration, including contract administration, credit reports and credit performance, and the updating and maintenance of the Industrial Business database and provide support to distributor to follow/join new bids /projects / customers. • Monitors market and competitor trends. Develops and implements agreed strategies to counter competitor activities to maintain sales goals. • Provides sales coaching/trainings to DSRs.
• University graduate • Experience in FMCG / Pharma / Chemical is preferred • Good English and Vietnamese communication • Negotiation/presentation/computer skill • Customer development • Sales programs • Product knowledge • Brand and product conversion • Equipment familiarization • Information sources • Trouble shooting problems
