• Manage all activities and staff involved in sales activities. • Sets up performance goals for employees, and monitors performance on a continual basis. • Develops the strategic sales & marketing plan to match sales targets. • Observe day-to-day operations of the sales team to achieve sales objectives. • Strictly follow SOP of the company and ensures SOP to be well-observed. • Coordinates sales activities with company operations. • Develops and maintains business relationships with all company business related parties.
• 28 years old or older • Bachelor degree • At least two-year experience at management level. • Experience in sales/ service activities • English ability: Fluency. • Good health. • Teamwork skill: Actively promote team work. • Service orientation: customer service minded. • Leadership: Acting leadership by example.
