• Identify most value-adding opportunities. • Implement applicable continuous improvement programs • Identify benchmarks and best practices. • Set goals and targets for improvement. • Ensure sustainability of all initiatives. • Manage and develop staff including recruiting, training and retaining talent • Coordinate with production team to maximize efficiencies and yields, ensure product quality and ensure targets are achieved. • Manage cost by formulating and managing budget through RE process • Ensure the expenses are 100% in line with company’s finance policies and procedures • Observe and maintain the manufacturing system, HSE, ISO & KORE implementation complied with the company’s current standards and requirements. • Control assets including machines and equipment maintenance. • Manage in-outbound logistics, warehousing and distribution
• University graduate in related major • Master degree is an advantage • Min 8 years in a manufacturing or logistics environment, FMCG background is preferred • Managerial experience • Packaging working environment • Problem solving and analysis skills • Negotiation skills • Diversity management
