Report to: Marketing Manager, Crop protection • Conduct crop analysis and provide inputs for local and regional strategic review • Propose crop concept & integrated action plan for the assigned crops. • Manage product life cycle, including identifying new opportunities and proposing plans to promote products • Conduct market intelligence and provide proposals to identify business opportunities and product development; • Manage assigned market research projects. • Coach/train field team on crop / product knowledge e.g. unique value point of product; product presentation … • Implement marketing activities to support sales team pre and post product launch
• At least 3 years experiences in Sales, Marketing or Technical support in Agricultural business. • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agrochemical, Plant Science • Good communication in English and good computer skills (Ms. Office) • Collaborate for achievement, Drive innovation, Develop self and others • Good understanding the market of Agriculture / Plant protection
