Report to: Deputy CEO Responsibilities: • Responsible for conducting Projects initiated by the Management of the Company: definition of the perimeter (objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables,…) of the Project; formalization and follow-up of Project related documents (Project Charter, Kick-Off meeting, Project Plan, Meeting Minutes…), coordination with all concerned parties (internal and external) involved in the Project, animation of Project related meetings • Accountable for the success of the Projects • In charge of ad-hoc Process reengineering (Analysis and measurements of existing process, definition of target process, Flowchart and Business Requirement formalization)
KPIs: • Successful implementation of Projects (assessed by the Sponsors and the Management) • Respect of budget, timelines and methodology
• At least 3 years working experience in Consultancy firm or Project Management Office, preferably with good understanding of Consumer Finance Business. Candidates with Consumer Finance background already used to process reengineering (6 Sigma…) to be considered as well. • Fluent in English. • Adaptability, Easy Communication, Ability to convince without power, Process and System Oriented, Agility to handle multiple Tasks at the same Time. • Above 26 years old.
