1. Sales management • Seek for new customers / agents, expand the consumer market. • Collect information on price, products and business activities of competitors. • Research and conduct new product development plan. • Make monthly / quarterly / yearly sales forecast. • Ensure sales targets are achieved. • Track sales record, analyze and put forward solutions to any problems arised . • Manage sales team: manage, observe and train sales staff. • Lead and motivate sales staff to reach the targets. • Coach and develop sales team’s knowledge, skills and attitude. • Research and suggest promotion programs for VIP customers. • Maintain corporate relationship with customers. • Coordinate with other departments: Factory, Finance – Accounting Dept, BOD. 2. Product promotion • Establish product promotion plan. • Develop company’s brand name . 3. Purchasing • Plan, observe and take part in purchasing activities to support production process. • Define purchasing norm, negotiate with supplier, ensure product quality, price and delivery meets the requirements, solve problems related to purchasing. • Develop and analyze supplier network, build up payment plan for supplier. 4. Other tasks: • Consult, control legal aspects of company’s commercial contracts. • Submit weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly report to BOD.
• University graduate, major in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent • Knowledge about wood market • At least 10 years exp in sales management, wood product is an advantage. • Management & negotiation skills • Willing to travel
